The Benefits of Faith

ROMANS 5

1. We have been justified by faith ^{_{(vs. 1a)}}
2. We have peace with God ^{_{(vs. 1b)}}
3. We have access to His grace ^{_{(vs. 2a)}}
4. We can rejoice in the hope of the glory of God ^{_{(vs. 2b)}}
5. We can rejoice in affliction ^{_{(vv. 3-5)}}
   • “Once you experience the great love of God, once you experience the Holy Spirit of God, there’s nothing that this world can throw at you that will take away your hope.”
6. We are reconciled through death ^{_{(vv. 6-11)}}
   • Faith in God brings peace with God. We need to be brought from being God’s enemies to being God’s friends and children.
